Four Seasons Produce, Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Regional Delivery Driver to serve the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast with daily home time. You’ll deliver organic and conventional produce to independent retailers, natural food stores, and co-ops from our Ephrata, PA area, with a modern fleet and on-site support.

You’ll earn $100,000+ annually, with pay per stop and per mile, plus safety and performance bonuses. Must have CDL-A, 1 year experience, and be 21+. Benefits start after 30 days.

Competenze

• Must have a valid CDL‑A Pennsylvania license.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a CDL‑A driver.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check.

Mansioni

• Service the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast independent retailers, natural food stores, and food co-ops.
• Perform product delivered counts to verify correct deliveries and accept product returns.
• Unload palletized, perishable food products using life gate trailers, electric pallet jacks and handcarts on refrigerated trailers.
• Contact dispatch after final delivery to verify if a backhaul needs to be picked up before returning to Four Seasons Family of Companies Distribution Center.

The Basics

• Pay: $100,000+ Annual Earnings Potential (Competitive per stop rate and competitive pay paid per mile plus substantial bonus based on safety and performance)
• Fleet: Modern Fleet from 2019 or newer serviced on site with our dedicated mechanic shop and onsite fueling

What You Bring

• Must live within 60 minutes of Ephrata, PA Four Seasons Family of Companies
• Valid CDL‑A Pennsylvania license
• 1 year experience as a CDL‑A driver
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check
