Job summary

Four Seasons Produce, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector for the 2nd shift in Ephrata, PA. The role involves operating a rider electric pallet jack, following Vocollect guidance, and building sturdy pallets for delivery to customers.

You will work a 10–12 hour shift, 3–4 days per week, with a weekend evening requirement. Wage starts at $18 per hour plus a $3 shift differential, with up to $6 in incentives based on performance and safety metrics. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Operate rider electric pallet jack safely and efficiently.
• Work in a cold storage environment and wear appropriate cold-weather gear.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Follow pick locations and quantity using Vocollect headset.

Responsibilities

• Navigate the warehouse operating a rider electric pallet jack to pick assignments.
• Use the Vocollect headset to confirm locations and quantities for orders.
• Stack and wrap pallets to ensure stability and safety during transport.
• Move finished pallets to loading or staging areas for delivery.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed.

We are currently looking to fill a Warehouse Selector – 2nd Shift position at Four Seasons Family of Companies. Our Selectors strive to make sure we deliver quality pallets of fresh foods to our customers.

The Basics

• Pay: $18 hour + $3 hour shift differential
• Pay: Up to $6 in incentives based on performance and safety metrics
• Schedule: 2nd shift (consistent schedule, 1 weekend evening required)
• Schedule: Work 10-to-12-hour shifts, working 3 to 4 days per week, depending on schedule
• Location: Ephrata, PA

What You Do

• Navigate the warehouse operating a rider electric pallet jack and center rider to pick up assignments
• Use the Vocollect headset to understand pick locations and quantity to build order
• Take pride in building a neat, sturdy pallet
• Transport the finished pallet to the correct location for loading and delivery
• Utilize a utility knife, plastic wrap for the pallet, electric pallet jack center ride
• Assist with other tasks as needed
