Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable warehouse workers in Portland, OR to perform loader/unloader duties across shifts. You will help move boxes and pallets, load and unload trucks, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute the high-volume loading and unloading of diverse boxes, containers or packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers with speed and precision.
• Utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move goods, ensuring optimal dock traffic flow.
• Verify shipment integrity, note discrepancies, and ensure all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
• Maintain a proactive approach to warehouse safety protocols and lifting techniques.
• Quickly integrate into different teams and adapt to various operational systems and inventory management methods.
