Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a warehouse associate in St. Augustine, FL to support high-volume loading/unloading operations and efficient dock flow. You will work 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM, using pallet jacks and manual handling tools to move diverse goods and ensure accuracy and safety.

This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and adherence to dress code and safety protocols. Applicants should be able to integrate into various teams and inventory systems while complying with all safety standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Execute the high-volume loading and unloading of diverse boxes, containers or packaged goods from trucks and shipping containers with speed and precision.
• Utilize manual handling tools and power jacks (pallet jack operator) to organize, stage, and move goods, ensuring optimal dock traffic flow.
• Verify shipment integrity, note discrepancies, and ensure all stacked goods meet strict compliance standards for safe transport and storage.
• Maintain a proactive approach to warehouse safety protocols and lifting techniques.
• Quickly integrate into different teams and adapt to various operational systems and inventory management methods.
