Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our team in Ridgeland, MS. You will support the timely flow of clean and soiled garments and products, with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inbound Product Handling: Unload clean product from plant transport shuttle; sort and stage items by route and delivery day; piece in items not sorted at plant.
• Outbound Product Preparation: Audit flag good carts; identify route shortages; load route trucks with garments and items.
• Soil and Return Processing: Unload and sort soiled items by type; load soiled products onto outbound shuttle for return.
• Inventory and Stock Management: Organize and load reductions and returns; receive and store vendor deliveries.
• Warehouse Organization and Safety: Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow safety procedures.
• Other Duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
