Job summary

UniFirst in Jackson, MS is looking for a Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our team. This position involves supporting the flow of incoming and outgoing products, loading and unloading garments, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. On-the-job training is provided.

The candidate must have a high school education or GED equivalent, be 21 years or older, possess a valid driver's license, and have the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. This full-time position offers great hourly pay and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Unload clean product from plant transport shuttle.
• Sort and stage clean garments and facility service items.
• Load route trucks with garments and facility service items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Skills

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs

Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly

Ability to perform basic mathematical operations

Education

High school education and/or GED equivalent
