Job summary

ProStaff Workforce Solutions seeks a dependable Warehouse Loader/Unloader for our Flower Mound facility. You will load/unload shipments, bundle packages, use hand trucks, and record inventory and shipment changes.

The contract-to-hire role pays $15/hr, with Monday-Thursday 6am–4:30pm shifts and overtime as needed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse. The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous warehouse or loading/unloading experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the facility for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Dependable and able to work well in a team environment.

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our client’s distribution facility team in Flower Mound, Texas. If you're reliable, physically fit, and ready to be part of a hardworking team, we’d love to hear from you!

Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Shift: Monday - Thursday – 6 am - 4:30 pm Must be available to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, as needed
