Job summary

New Leaf Services is hiring full-time Warehouse Loaders for the Houston, TX area. Position offers starting pay at $14/hour with a raise to $15/hour after a 30-day probation, plus weekly pay and healthcare options.

Responsibilities include unloading trailers and working a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–4:30pm). Competitive benefits and referral bonuses are available as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

Now hiring immediately for our Houston, TX location.

Schedule Available:

• Monday-Friday (8am-4:30pm)
• If the work is completed Early, employees will be paid for 8 hours minimum
• $100 referral bonus for each person that you bring on with you!
• You will be unloading a trailer.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Resume is preferred, but not required to apply.
• No diploma or experience required; experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Fundamental knowledge to work with different computer applications.
• Ability to use mobile systems, communication devices, and simple tool interfaces.
• Ability to use simple hand tools and measurement tools
• Basic Math skills appropriate to learn typical manufacturing production metrics
• Able and willing to learn (interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues and problem-solve
• Proficiency in English language skills.
• Must take a drug screen.
• 7-year background check for violent crime, sex offenses, and larceny.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in manufacturing environment, including standing and walking for up to 12 hours per day.
• Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend on occasional basis
• Ability to reach above shoulder and below waist frequently
• Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects repetitively on a frequent basis 20/40 vision in each eye (with or without correction) and the ability to distinguish between red, yellow, and green is required.
