The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, operating forklifts/pallet jacks, and proficiency with WMS. You will maintain safety standards, assist with loading, and collaborate with teams to optimize processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or logistics preferred.
• Experience with forklift and pallet jack operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, unload, and store incoming materials and products, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying discrepancies or damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments according to customer orders and shipping instructions, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory records through scanning, labeling, and data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS).
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with reconciliation to minimize discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment following safety protocols and company policies.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as required.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff, logistics teams, and internal departments to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors.
