Job summary

Simmons Animal Nutrition, Inc in Siloam Springs is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the SAN Wet Plant on A-Shift S&R Clerk duties. You will unload inbound loads, verify contents, and prepare outbound shipments with RFGEN, ensuring FEFO picks and accurate paperwork.

Responsibilities include staging loads, printing and attaching BOLs and packing slips, labeling pallets, securing cargo, and maintaining accurate pallet and license plate records.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English and perform basic math.
• Ability to obtain and pass forklift certification.
• Preferred high school diploma or equivalent.
• Shipping and receiving experience preferred or not required.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trailers and perform 100% inspection of pallets and products.
• Consolidate lot numbers and manage pallets in RFGEN.
• Perform FEFO picking and load preparation with correct trailer and order.
• Print and attach bills of lading and packing slips; ensure accuracy.
• Label pallets and secure loads with airbags, straps and bars.
• Verify pallet counts, weights and dates; ensure paperwork matches.
• Assist with wrapping and overall warehouse housekeeping and safety.
