Job summary

Simmons Foods is hiring for hourly production positions in the Siloam Springs to Decatur area. The role entails manifesting and loading outbound shipments, unloading inbound trailers, and performing 100% inspections and paperwork using RFGEN, BOLs, and packing slips.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English, and perform basic math.
• Must be able to obtain and pass forklift test.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trailers and inspect pallets for accuracy and damage.
• Load outgoing shipments using RFGEN and ensure correct trailer and BOL.
• Print labels, documents, and secure loads with straps and airbags.
• Perform routine inspections and maintain 100% paperwork accuracy.
