Job summary

Simmons Foods is seeking a warehouse associate in Fort Smith, AR to transfer products, pick customer orders, and load trailers. You will follow WMS instructions, verify pallets, and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.

As part of the team, you will support BEST practices, communicate issues promptly, and ensure product accountability throughout the logistics process while using MS Office and WMS systems. Forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret, and apply WMS order instructions.
• Pull and stage orders, verify pallets and stage location.
• Prepare receiving, storage and shipping documentation to maintain accountability.
• Enter data into WMS computer systems.
• Participate in team activities and promote BEST practices.
