Job summary

PepsiCo in Georgia, Valdosta, seeks a Warehouse Loader to hand build pallets for bulk shipments and route trucks. You will use forklift or electric pallet jack and follow load sheets to ensure accuracy and safe, compliant shipments.

This labor-intensive role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases many times per day, standing, bending and walking. You will maintain a clean, safe workspace and adapt to varying shift hours and weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in warehouse operations including order picking and palletizing.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience with racking systems and pallet loading/unloading.
• Experience working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
