Job summary

SYSCO is seeking a warehouse loader to efficiently load and unload shipments, move pallets and master containers for delivery, and assist with loading trucks per schedules. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety standards, with regular lifting up to 50 pounds and operating pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.

Under general supervision, you will contribute to accurate order preparation, pallet wrapping, and routine warehouse tasks, ensuring timely and safe product movement

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Good physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads shipments; lifts boxes up to 50 pounds.
• Loads trucks per truck mapping and instructions.
• Wraps pallets to insure stability and safe handling.
• Operates stock trucks and pallet jacks; maintains safe operation.
• Prepares products for shipment; weighs, handles and packs accordingly.
• Complies with safety regulations and standards.
