Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking workers for a four- to five-week paid training program with subsequent earnings based on performance. After training, compensation converts to a base pay per box selected with uncapped upside.

Positions involve operating pallet jack equipment, moving pallets, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met, with a schedule that includes weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills may be required.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage while wearing PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times loud.

Responsibilities

• Use pallet jack to move pallets to the scheduled door for shipping.
• Move pallets from inbound dock to warehouse locations for put away.
• Find products requested in work orders.
• Change over pallets for picking; visually review items for damages; report damages to lead or supervisor.
• Confirm pallets being hauled into the warehouse or dock doors are wrapped to the top.
• Wrap pallets using a wrap machine; invert pallets as needed.
• May operate other machinery and material handling equipment.
