Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Warehouse Loader at our Dracut, MA site to move products within the warehouse and assist with loading/unloading route trucks. The role requires manual handling and forklift operation, with a 6pm start and Sunday-Thursday schedule, Fridays as needed.

Competitive compensation at $24/hour plus 6–8% shift differential, paid weekly, with comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) match, ESPP, and broad insurance coverage. Training available for forklift and warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years).
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)
