Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader, Non-Formula in Oak Creek, WI to maintain efficient product flow through the distribution process. You will transport items into trailers using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, or by hand, while meeting safety and quality standards.

The role supports our broadline distribution system, with responsibilities that include preparing pallets for shipping, moving products from staging to loading docks, and ensuring accurate, safe loading

Qualifications

• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, push/pull, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to be shipped into the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Move outgoing products from staging area to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets with cellophane and secure loads.
• Locate proper trailer slot and secure load.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain clean work area.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
