Job summary

West Avenue Compassion in Reno, NV seeks a warehouse loader to build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or electronic pallet jack and follow load sheets or voice-pick systems to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

This role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly, standing and walking for long periods, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Prior warehouse experience and reliable attendance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Experience in warehouse or loading/picking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift or pallet jack to build pallets per load sheet or voice-pick system.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock items.
• Wrap pallets when loads are finished.
• Stage pallets/loads into trucks when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and organize mixed pallets.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and equipment.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
