Job summary

Rural King in Ohio is seeking a loader to support warehouse operations at our Waverly facility. You will load outbound trailers, ensure timely and safe handling of products, and help with distribution duties.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning equipment operation, accuracy, and participation in training initiatives to support daily targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• At least one year of warehouse/manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Willingness to learn Latitude systems or similar WMS/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trailers accurately and safely.
• Unload pallets and cross-dock trailers using powered equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality and production KPIs daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with training and continuous improvement initiatives.
