Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is hiring Loaders in Durham, NC for 1st and 3rd shifts. You will operate forklifts and other equipment to move products up to 100 lbs, support replenishment, receiving, and returns processes in a fast, safety-focused warehouse.

We offer weekly pay, casual dress, and medical/dental insurance options. Minimum 3 months warehouse experience required; HS diploma or GED preferred. Roles are full-time with pay range $14.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on shift and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Basic English language skills.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet or more as needed.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds by hand and wear safety shoes.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to pick and move products up to 100 lbs.
• Perform warehouse replenishment and returns processing.
• Inspect equipment and maintain clean work area.
• Assist with receiving, put-away and inventory accuracy.
