Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse or material-handling experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical work in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, or holidays, as operational needs require.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload cargo, pallets, cartons, and other materials from trucks, trailers, containers, and designated warehouse areas.
• Manually move, stack, sort, and organize products and materials according to established warehouse procedures.
• Assist with the receiving and staging of inbound shipments and the preparation of outbound shipments.
• Ensure cargo is properly positioned, secured, and arranged to prevent damage during handling and storage.
• Assist with inventory movement and other warehouse activities as assigned.
• Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements; report unsafe conditions to supervision.
