Job summary

ES3, LLC in York, PA is seeking a loader to help keep our distribution operations running smoothly. The role involves moving pallets, loading trailers, and using forklifts or electric pallet jacks with attention to safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $19/hour with potential to earn $25+/hour after training. This is a full-time, 1st shift position (Mon Tue Fri Sat 7:00am-5:30pm). Day-one benefits and opportunities for career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience operating material handling equipment such as sit-down forklift.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Inspect trailers before loading.
• Verify orders with RF handhelds and voice headsets.

• Assist with occasional safe lifting of varied weights.

As a Loader, you will move pallets of merchandise from staging areas and load proper trailers. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

Starting rate $19/hr with an earning potential of $25+/hr after training!

Full Time, 1st shift available

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday Friday & Saturday 7:00am - 5:30pm

Location: 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Utilizing forklifts and/or electric pallet jacks
• Completing inspection of trailers before loading any product
• Verifying loading of orders by RF handhelds and/or voice headsets
• Loading full pallets of merchandise into trailers & ensuring pallets are secured properly to avoid damages
• Performing equipment inspections & completion of appropriate form
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
• Walking on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
• Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
• Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
