Job summary

ES3, LLC is seeking a Forklift Operator in York, PA. The role involves operating a forklift to move merchandise, tracking inventory with a handheld device, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualified candidates will have 1+ year of material handling experience, strong safety awareness, and a collaborative mindset. This full-time shift includes night hours on the 3rd shift and opportunities for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift/reach truck to move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Accurately track inventory using a handheld computer and related tech.
• Stack and rotate merchandise by hand or using equipment.
• Replenish pick slots and production lines to meet deadlines.
• Stage finished product in designated storage areas.
• Load and unload merchandise from trailers.
• Adhere to all forklift safety protocols and procedures.
• Occasionally lift varying case weights as required.

Position Overview

Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

Earn $19 per hour

Full time - 3rd Shift

Wednesday Midnight-6:30am & Thursday, Friday, Saturday 6:30pm-6:30am

Location - 4875 N Susquehanna Trail York, PA 17406

You will contribute by:

• Operating a forklift(reach truck) to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels

• Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
