Primo Brands in Waco, TX is hiring a Warehouse Loader to move products within the warehouse and load/unload route trucks. The role involves forklift operation, palletizing, and handling inventory with attention to safety and efficiency.

The position requires standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and working Monday–Friday with possible overtime. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a 401K match, ESPP, and other employee perks.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major offenses in last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates

Responsabilidades

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Overview

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Waco, Tx

Compensation: $20/ hour

Shift differential:6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Saturdays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: 4pm until done
