Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Seasonal Loader to move products within our Phoenix warehouse, loading and unloading route trucks and forklifts, while maintaining inventory and clean warehouse standards.

You will work mostly indoors with occasional outdoor conditions, follow safety protocols, and support overtime as needed in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record (last 3 years).
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Warehouse/forklift experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload route trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading and shipping.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Maintain inventory and comply with housekeeping standards in the warehouse.
• Move delivery trucks for loading/unloading and refueling as needed.

Overview

The Seasonal Loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performs the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation. They are also responsible for ensuring inventory is properly maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.

Reporting Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $20.00 / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential applicable to hours worked (locations vary)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional Saturdays
Start Time: 5:00 PM until work is complete; 8+hrs/shift. Overtime may be required depending on business need

• Move our delivery trucks for loadingandunloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrativeresponsibilities as needed(bay mapping, inventory tasks,damaged product counts,andallowing housekeepingentry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
• Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
