Job summary

Primo Brands in Pennsauken, NJ is hiring a Warehouse Loader to support loading, unloading, palletizing, and storage of goods for distribution. This role requires lifting up to 60 lbs, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and maintaining safe, clean warehouse standards.

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday with possible Fridays; start time 7 pm; compensation $24/hour plus 6% or 8% shift differential. Benefits include health, retirement plans, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs.
• Physically able to sit, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, squat, push and pull.
• Willing to work overtime; forklift experience preferred but trainable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld and maintain a safe, professional environment.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Care for products through proper handling and storage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and good housekeeping.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Assist with truck movements and refueling as needed.
• Handle administrative tasks related to warehousing as required.

Reporting Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Compensation: $24 / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly)

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (Fridays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: 7 pm until workload complete

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work overtime as neededWarehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
