Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a warehouse associate to load/unload trucks, palletize products and operate forklifts. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient handling of merchandise in outdoor conditions.

The position offers $20.00 per hour with overtime and a 6-8% shift differential for evening shifts from 5pm to 5am, plus a strong benefits package including health, retirement and more. Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and the ability to adhere to Primo Brands Motor Vehicle Policy.
• Forklift experience and certification required.
• Ability to work safely and in all weather conditions.
• Basic computer/data entry skills and math abilities.
• Ability to work flexible, extended hours and weekends as needed.
• Ability to safely lift up to 66lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safety is our #1 priority, and we count on you to ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers – by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure order accuracy
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled times)

Reporting Location: Tallahassee, FL

Compensation:$20.00 / Hour + OT + 6-8% shift differential offered from 5pm to 5am
Schedule:Monday to Friday, flexible for occasional weekends per business needs
Start Time:9:30 am to 6:00 PM, first shift, 8+hrs/shift. Flexible with shift and overtime may be required depending on business needs
