Job summary

Primo Brands is seeking a Warehouse Loader to move products within the warehouse, loading/unloading route trucks by hand or with forklift in Chester Springs, PA. The role is full-time, on-site, with Sunday-Thursday schedule and 7 pm start time until workload is complete.

Compensation starts at $22 per hour plus a 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours, with weekly pay. Benefits include health, retirement, life insurance, disability, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (no major offenses in past 3 years).
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Forklift experience preferred but training available.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are followed and safety is prioritized.
• Load and unload route delivery trucks by hand and forklift.
• Palletize products for loading.
• Operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment.
• Handle product storage and inventory tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and housekeeping.
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Move delivery trucks for loading/unloading and refuel as needed.
• Assist with bay mapping and other administrative tasks.

Overview

Warehouse Loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.

Reporting Location: Chester Springs, PA

Compensation: $22 / hour + 6% or 8% shift differential for applicable hours worked (paid weekly)

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (Fridays dependent on business needs)

Start Time: 7 pm until workload complete

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner
• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift
• Palletize products for loading
• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.
• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage
• Ensure inventory is properly maintained
• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld
• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling
• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Warehouse/forklift experience is preferred, but we can train new associates
