Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse Loader in La Porte, TX to safely load trucks and prepare pipe materials, fittings, and related items for shipment. This full-time role supports shipping, receiving, staging, and warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of sit-down forklift experience, the ability to handle oversized materials, steel-toed boots, and a reliable work history. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM.

Warehouse Loader

Location: La Porte, TX

Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay: $20-$22 per hour

Job Summary

The Warehouse Loader is primarily responsible for safely loading trucks and handling large, long, irregular, and oversized pipe products, fittings, and related materials. This role also supports shipping and receiving, material staging, order preparation, banding, palletizing, and warehouse organization in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has recent sit-down forklift experience and can safely handle oversized and non-standard materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Safely load trucks with pipe, fittings, spools, and other materials throughout the shift.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
• Band, palletize, organize, and prepare pipe and fittings for shipment.
• Safely handle large, long, awkward, oversized, and non-standard materials.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Operate sit-down forklifts and adapt to specialized material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow established safety procedures and material-handling practices.
• Support other warehouse activities as needed.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience safely handling large, awkward, oversized, or non-standard materials.
• Strong, consistent work history with demonstrated reliability and dependability.
• No more than 3 months of employment gaps preferred.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work and safely handle pipe, fittings, and related materials.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory, or general warehouse operations preferred.
• Experience working with pipe or oversized materials strongly preferred.
• Ability to learn product information and material-handling procedures quickly.Ability to safely operate forklifts and translate existing skills to specialized equipment such as Combilift.
• Combilift experience preferred but not required.
• Steel-toed boots required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Additional Job Details (Commute, Attendance, etc.)

• Full-time schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM.
• Primary function is truck loading, with additional shipping, receiving, staging, and warehouse responsibilities.
