Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution is hiring a Warehouse Loader for Capitol Heights. You will play a key role in moving, loading, and delivering products in a fast-paced, multi‑temperature warehouse environment. Expect to handle pallets, stage shipments, and ensure accuracy in receiving and shipping goods.

The position is full-time, on-site, with a 5‑day work week and shifts starting at 5am. Benefits include health/dental, 401(k), and PTO, with weekly pay and potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Electric Pallet Jack certification preferred
• 6 months of safe operation experience preferred
• Ability to read labels and basic math

Warehouse Loader – Capitol Heights

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role, You’ll

• Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
• Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
• Read labels and or printing on product containers and associated documents
• Assist dock operations including staging and organizing shipments
• Observes Clean-As-You-Go standards and uses brooms, mops and other cleaning materials ( including solvents and soaps) to clean work area. Completes any other functions that may be assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• Electric Pallet Jack certification and at least 6 months of safe operation experience preferred
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and repeated lift up to 25 pounds
• Handle and organize inbound and outbound empty and full dairy crates.
• Posses reading and basic math skills
• Physically capable of standing, walking and twisting while carrying 25 pound objects.

The Schedule & Setting

• Primarily a 5-day work week, 5am-1:30pm
• Weekends and holidays availability required
• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer: -5 °F to 38 °F)

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $26.25/hr.
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
• Other Compensation: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and location.
