Job summary

PepsiCo in Williamsport, MD is seeking a warehouse loader to hand-build pallets for bulk and route trucks. You will use a forklift or pallet jack, ensure load accuracy, and follow shipper/receiver docs.

The role requires lifting 20–45 lb cases repeatedly and standing, walking, bending, and twisting for long periods. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stacking, wrapping, paperwork, and maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment with order picking, staging and loading.
• Ability to operate forklift or powered pallet jack safely.
• Able to lift 20–45 lb cases repeatedly and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick equipment.
• Mark load ticket for out of stock items.
• Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished.
• Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked.
• Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready.
• Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets.
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area.
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
