Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is hiring for a first-shift warehouse position in our Atlanta area facility. You will receive inbound materials, perform accurate inventory control, and prepare shipments for outbound loads.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with drivers and warehouse teams. Overtime may be required to support production schedules. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse roles, forklift certification, and familiarity with ERP/WMS

Qualifications

  • Two years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience receiving materials and loading/unloading trucks.
  • Ability to read and verify purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and load documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, supplies, and other warehouse deliveries.
  • Inspect inbound shipments for damage, discrepancies, or quality concerns; document and escalate as needed.
  • Unload trailers safely using forklifts and pallet jacks; label and store materials per procedures.
  • Complete inventory transactions in ERP/WMS, perform cycle counts, and resolve variances.
  • Load outbound trucks; verify quantities and paperwork; secure loads to prevent damage.

If you love craft beer, can drive a forklift, and would like to help us share the creations from our hop gods then shoot your resume over.We are looking to fill an opening on our 1st Shift, candidates must have availability:**Work hours/Shift timings:** Monday-Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities**Receiving and Material Handling*** Receive inbound raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, supplies, and other warehouse deliveries.* Verify deliveries against purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, and internal receiving documentation.* Inspect inbound shipments for damage, shortages, overages, incorrect items, or quality concerns; document and escalate discrepancies promptly.* Unload trailers safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved material-handling equipment.* Label, stage, and place received materials in assigned warehouse locations following established storage requirements.**Inventory Control*** Complete accurate inventory transactions in the warehouse or enterprise inventory system, including receipts, transfers, adjustments, and location movements.* Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories according to schedule.* Research and reconcile routine inventory variances; communicate unresolved discrepancies to warehouse leadership.* Maintain product identification, lot or date-code traceability, and location accuracy.* Rotate inventory using FIFO or other required product-rotation practices.* Monitor warehouse locations for damaged, aged, obsolete, or improperly stored inventory and report findings.**Truck Loading, Unloading, and Shipping*** Load outbound trucks accurately and efficiently according to shipping schedules, load plans, and supporting documentation.* Verify item quantities, pallet counts, product condition, and shipment paperwork before releasing loads.* Arrange and secure products to reduce shifting, damage, and safety risk during transportation.* Unload inbound trucks and stage materials in the correct receiving or inspection area.* Coordinate with drivers, warehouse administration, production, and logistics personnel to support on-time movement of loads.* Maintain clear dock areas and follow trailer, dock-lock, wheel-chock, and pedestrian-safety requirements.**Warehouse Operations and Safety*** Maintain clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse, dock, staging, and storage areas.* Support production and distribution teams with timely material transfers and inventory requests.* Complete required equipment inspections and report damage, defects, or unsafe conditions immediately.* Follow company safety rules, OSHA requirements, GMPs, food-safety practices, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.* Participate in safety meetings, training, cross-training, and continuous-improvement activities.* Perform other related duties as assigned to meet business and operational needs.**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED.* Two years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.* Experience receiving materials, controlling inventory, and loading or unloading trucks.* Forklift certification or ability to obtain and maintain certification.* Basic computer skills and experience using inventory, ERP, or warehouse-management systems.* Ability to read and verify purchase orders, bills of lading, packing slips, pick lists, and load documentation.* Basic math skills, including accurate counting, addition, subtraction, and unit-of-measure verification.Preferred Qualifications* Warehouse experience in beverage, food, brewing, consumer packaged goods, or a regulated manufacturing environment.* Experience with cycle counting, variance reconciliation, lot tracking, and inventory rotation.* Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and trailer-loading practices.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities* Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory and documentation accuracy.* Ability to organize priorities and complete assignments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.* Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to identify discrepancies, investigate routine causes, and escalate issues appropriately.* Dependable attendance and flexibility to support changing production and shipping schedules.* Commitment to safe equipment operation and consistent compliance with warehouse procedures.Physical and Work Requirements* Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, climb, push, pull, and perform repetitive material-handling activities throughout the shift.* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.* Ability to operate forklifts and other powered or manual material-handling equipment after required training and authorization.* Ability to work in warehouse, dock, production, and trailer environments with changing temperatures, noise, and vehicle traffic.* Ability to work assigned shifts, overtime, weekends, or holidays when operationally required.Tilray welcomes applications from all qualified individuals and is committed to employment equity and diversity in the workplace.Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
