Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring for Permanent Full-Time Material Handlers in Hagerstown, Maryland.

• Hourly Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $31.50 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.50 when working third shift
• Schedule: Third Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm - 6:00am

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand for long periods, and work flexible shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Handle paperwork accurately
• Support automated packing systems
• Other duties as assigned
