Crane is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan and optimize the layout of warehouse and storage areas, ensuring efficient turnover and safe handling of items. You will supervise staff, assign workloads, and enforce policies and safety regulations to maintain a productive environment.

The role requires 3–4 years of relevant experience, with 2–3 years in supervisory roles preferred. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to manage procedures and workflows effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three to four years relevant, job-related experience, education or combination thereof.
• Two to three years supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans layout of warehouse and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
• Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
• Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
• Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves issues.
• Advises and Enforce safety regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
