Job summary

FHI is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to supervise unloading and coordinate daily activities in our Mountville distribution center. You will direct handlers, assign tasks, and ensure safety while reporting daily activity to management.

This full-time, on-site role offers training, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to advance into leadership positions. Local candidates preferred; flexibility for varying warehouse environments is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong communication with team, other departments and customers.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise unloading operations and assign tasks to handlers.
• Coordinate daily unloading activities under supervision of manager.
• Manage admin paperwork for daily reporting to corporate.
• Ensure compliance with FHI policies and procedures.
• Operate forklifts and assist with pallet handling as needed.
• Maintain safe, efficient, and accurate processes.
