Job summary

Wilco in Canby, Oregon is seeking a Lead Warehouser to direct daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, and ensure merchandise is checked in, stocked, and organized. You will work with store management to develop schedules and maintain safety and cleanliness, while training new hires.

This role requires strong communication, forklift operation, and the ability to interact with customers. Wilco offers profit sharing and 401K along with other benefits to support growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse supervision or leadership.
• Ability to operate forklift and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse activities and supervise staff.
• Unload, check-in, stock, and organize merchandise.
• Provide customer service and product information.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in warehouse and yard.
• Train new warehousers and other staff as required.
• Develop and manage work schedules with Store Manager.
• Coordinate deliveries and open/close yard areas.
• Maintain forklifts and delivery vehicle readiness.
