Job summary

Wilco in Oregon is hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate to greet customers, load and stock warehouse and yard merchandise, and support eComm fulfillment. You will ensure cleanliness, safety, and accurate merchandise handling while providing product information and friendly service.

Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, operating a forklift and delivery vehicles as needed, assisting with merchandising, and maintaining inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Operate forklift and other facility equipment safely and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to perform arithmetic calculations.
• Skill at product recognition.
• 18 years of age minimum due to forklift operation requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and load warehouse, yard, and eComm merchandise.
• Safely carry out load and transport merchandise following standards and processes.
• Keep warehouse and yard areas clean and orderly.
• Unload, check in, and stock merchandise in warehouse and yard areas.
• Safely operate forklift and delivery vehicles.
• Assist with merchandising, signing, and store maintenance as assigned.
