Job summary

Goodwill Manasota is seeking a Warehouse Keyholder to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced donation warehouse environment.

You will train and supervise team members, manage donations, and support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and loading of trucks. A strong emphasis on getting hands-on with all aspects of the donated goods process is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to internal/external customers
• Partner with Store Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
• Support store operations with open/close, cash handling, inventory, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading of trucks
• Manage donations and stay current with merchandise knowledge and pricing
