Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a warehouse associate to load/unload tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will use forklifts and scanners, stock inventory, and assist with cycle counts while maintaining safety standards.

Overtime and occasional weekend work may apply. Benefits accompany this full-time role. The position emphasizes lifting up to 50–80 pounds, working at heights, and collaborating with team members to ensure accurate inventory control

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 25 feet and operating equipment.
• Must be able to pass forklift certification and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift up to 80 pounds and perform team lifts or use mechanical aids for heavy tires.
• Maintain safety policies and participate in onboarding and training of new hires.
• Assist with inventory management including cycle counts and adjustments.
• Support operations leaders in guiding team members through tasks.
