Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in McCook, IL is seeking a Warehouse Operative to perform essential material handling tasks on-site. You will sign off BOLs, verify packing lists, and pick, pack, and load cargo according to Crane SOPs.

Responsibilities include operating approved equipment after training, scanning freight with RF tools, and maintaining accurate daily records. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with forklift cert required within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Greater than one year of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Sign off bill of lading (BOL), cross check packing list, and assist with loading/unloading.
• Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and per Crane SOPs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow internal quality standards.
• Read work orders and move materials as instructed.
• Operate equipment after successful training: Pallet jack, Rider jack, Standup, Order/Cherry Picker, Turret Truck, Reach Truck, Forklift over 5K.
• Counts, weighs, and records units moved on daily production sheet.
• Completes required paperwork promptly.
