Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in distribution or logistics.
• Proven ability to lead by example and guide daily activities.
• Strong customer focus with clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail, organization, and safety awareness.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee daily work assignments to maximize productivity.
• Lead receiving, storage, handling, and shipping of products.
• Coordinate cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Perform warehouse tasks: order pulling, staging, loading, unloading, stocking.
• Supervise truck loading/unloading and inventory movement.
• Enforce safety practices and coach staff on material handling.
• Onboard and train new warehouse associates.
• Identify and resolve workflow or operational issues.
