Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide the shipping/receiving team and ensure accurate loading of finished products onto trailers. The role requires coordinating trailer loading, preparing bill of lading and invoices, and maintaining SQF food safety practices.

You will communicate instructions within the warehouse, review carrier data, and resolve issues while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 4+ years in field or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams or managing projects.
• Experience with people management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support shipping/receiving team.
• Coordinate loading of finished product to trailers.
• Prepare Bill of Lading and invoice documentation.
• Maintain SQF food safety practices and compliance.
• Communicate warehouse instructions and process changes.
• Identify and report deviations or issues with equipment or processes.
