Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Tracy, CA to lead and supervise branch warehouse personnel in the Shipping Department. You will ensure accurate order picking, safe operations, and efficient shipping processes.

Qualifications include 1-3 years in warehousing, supervisory experience preferred, and proficiency with AS400, Word and Excel. Able to lift 60–75 lbs and work up to 26 feet high with safety procedures in place.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in warehousing.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Lift 60–75 lbs occasionally.
• Work up to 26 feet high with safety equipment.
• Strong multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with AS400, Word and Excel.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in timely and accurate order assembly for shipment.

• Improve productivity by optimizing processes and staff focus.
