Job summary

Bunzl North America is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise branch warehouse personnel, ensure accurate order selection, and oversee shipping operations. You will monitor processes and safety practices to protect all employees during a fast-paced shift.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights with safety equipment. First shift hours are 7:00am-3:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior warehousing experience required with leadership preferred.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects (60–75 lbs) and work up to 26 ft height with safety equipment.
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills and basic PC skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members in timely and accurate order assembly and shipment preparation.
• Maintain a professional environment with team members and customers.
• Direct daily activities to ensure a safe working environment.
• Improve productivity by refining processes and team member efficiencies.
• Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced.
• Support the Warehouse Manager by evaluating performance variances to identify root causes and corrective actions.
