Job summary

Caleres Distribution Center 2 - Chino, CA is hiring for a Lead-Shipping and Receiving role. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour with potential overtime. First shift, Mon-Fri, 7:00 am to 2:30 pm.

Responsibilities include order picking, packing, and maintaining safety standards while coordinating with a cross-functional team. Qualified candidates will have forklift certification, 1-2 years of warehouse experience, and strong time management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Effective time management and being a positive team player required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Order picking: fulfill customer orders from storage locations according to specifications.
• Pack orders securely with proper labeling and documentation.
• Meet safety standards and move product safely and efficiently in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with warehouse team, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
