Caleres Distribution Center 2 - Chino, CA is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift. The role offers a starting pay of $18.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, with overtime potential.

Expected duties include order picking and packing, receiving and inspection of shipments, and collaboration with the warehouse team to meet production targets. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation required.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking and Packing: fulfill customer orders by picking items and packing securely with proper labeling.
• Receiving and Inspection: receive shipments, inspect for quality and damage, verify documentation.
• Team Collaboration: work with warehouse team, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.
