Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Warehouse Lead Supervisor - SBE in the United States to oversee shipping, receiving and mailroom operations, ensuring accurate tracking, delivery, and documentation. You will supervise staff, coordinate large shipments, and maintain asset records while adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of shipping/receiving supervision experience, a valid driver's license, and a proven record of delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience shipping/receiving supervisor.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shipping receiving and mailroom operations.
• Receives shipments and enters information into tracking system.
• Delivers packages to end users following procedures.
• Uncrates shipments and disposes of containers per guidelines.
• Identify, tag and document equipment as required by asset management.
• Prepare outgoing shipments following regulations and client procedures.
• Process priority shipments.
• Distribute packing slips daily per customer requirements.
• Review weekly transactions and follow up on requests.
• Ensure supplies are stocked at loading docks and copy/fax areas.
• Investigate lost/missing packages and maintain open communication with customers.
• Coordinate large shipments to dock areas.
• Assist with general maintenance duties as requested.
• Maintain training per client requirements and SOPs.
