Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee the loading of finished products, manage the shipping/receiving team, and ensure accurate documentation such as Bills of Lading and invoices. The role requires strong leadership and coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate will ensure adherence to food safety standards (SQF) and maintain clear communication with carriers and internal teams to meet on-time delivery goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 4 years in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum: 4 years in position.
• Minimum: 4 years managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product to the trailers and the preparation of documentation (bill of lading and invoice).
• Lead a group of shipping and receiving team members.
• Coordinate the location where each trailer will be loaded.
• Prepare documentation to issue a purchase order (Bill of Lading and invoice).
• Communicate with carriers to ensure on-time loading of finished product.
• Ensure food safety practices and SQF requirements are maintained.
