The role requires overseeing shift teams, coordinating schedules, training staff, and ensuring accuracy in order receipt and shipment. The position includes emphasis on safety and efficiency within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and communicate goals to team members and customers.
• Must have a high sense of urgency and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in SAP and Catalyst software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Leads warehouse employees through their shift, ensuring safety and productivity, and serves as escalation point for daily operations.
• Anticipates and coordinates scheduling to ensure workflow.
• Supports monitoring of deliveries, cleaning schedules, and maintenance priorities.
• Trains and mentors team members in productivity, quality, safety, and Medline values.
• Communicates with warehouse leadership regarding daily operations.
• Assists with moving products to meet customer needs with accuracy and efficiency.
