Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Brookshire, Texas to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead and train a dedicated team, and ensure seamless material flow to support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost reductions while maintaining safety and compliance. This on-site role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and requires 6+ years of warehouse experience and SAP expertise.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in SAP for warehouse and logistics transactions.
• Experience operating forklifts and lifting equipment safely.
• Strong English communication and leadership skills to train and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations including pulling production orders and staging parts.
• Train, motivate, and prioritize work for warehouse team members; lead Daily Action Meetings.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper stocking procedures.
• Champion 5S standards and maintain a safe, organized work environment with EHS compliance.
• Identify and implement cost reduction measures across logistics SAP transactions and warehouse activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to allocate resources and manage attendance/PTO.
